From the Beltway - Route 495: Take Exit 30, marked Colesville Road/Columbia Pike (Route 29 North). Drive 2 miles (about 5 minutes) and turn left on Prelude Drive. The Retreat Center is 2 and 1/2 blocks on the right.

From Washington D.C.: Take New Hampshire Ave. N. Just past White Oak Shopping Center go left at the sign Rt. 29S-Silver Spring. Take the second right onto Prelude Dr. The Retreat Center is 2 and ½ blocks on the right.

From out of town: The retreat center is approximately 30 minutes drive from three major airports: Reagan National, Dulles, and Baltimore-Washington International. Call the center for more information.

By Metro/Bus: Take the Red Line to Silver Spring Station. On Sundays take Metro Bus Z8 to the corner of Lockwood Drive and Columbia Pike. Walk 4 blocks further up Columbia Pike, turn left on Prelude Drive and walk 2 ½ blocks. During weekday commuting hours, #Z1, Z3, or A5 or Ride-On Bus #22 go to the corner of Prelude Drive and Colesville Road/Columbia Pike.
