Sakya Phuntsok Ling is a Dharma center in the Sakya Tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Under the direction Venerable Khenpo Kalsang Gyaltsen, Sakya Phuntsok Ling offers a full program of introductory, intermediate and advanced courses in study and meditation.

Lectures by Visiting Scholar Venerable Khenpo Jamyang Losal, Principal, Dzongsar University, India

Venerable Khenpo Jamyang Losal is Principal of Dzongsar Khyentse Chokyi Lodro Buddhist University in Bir, India. He holds the equivalent of a Doctoral degree (Khenpo) from Dzongsar University. He taught as a professor of philosophy there for seven years before being promoted to Principal in 2004. Dzongsar University is a highly-regarded university specializing in Buddhist studies. It has over 1,000 students and offers advanced degrees in Buddhist philosophy. He is in the U.S. as for a semester as a Visiting Scholar at George Washington University Religion Department, on a grant from the Khyentse Foundation.
