Welcome!

Sakya Phuntsok Ling is a Dharma center in the Sakya Tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Under the direction Venerable Lama Kalsang Gyaltsen, Sakya Phuntsok Ling offers a full program of introductory, intermediate and advanced courses in study and meditation.

	The 22nd Annual International Vesak Celebration will be held at Sakya Phuntsok Ling on Saturday, May 24
Join Buddhists from temples of many cultures and traditions as we celebrate the birth, enlightenment, and mahaparinirvana of Lord Buddha. Keynote address by Venerable Lama Kalsang Gyaltsen. The day's activities will include offerings and circumambulations, prayers and homages to Buddha, guided meditations and talks given by Buddhist teachers from around the Washington, DC area, and food offerings by sangha members from across the region.
