THE PRECIOUS LAM DRE TEACHING CYCLE 2011: SCHEDULE

May 30 (Monday)
Welcome for His Holiness Sakya Trizin: Please arrive at 3:30 pm; ceremony in the new temple building following arrival (please bring 10 katas to make appropriate offerings; katas available for donation at the temple).

May 31 (Tuesday)
May 31, 5:30 pm: Dinner Reception for Lam Dre participants

The Lam Dre teaching itself is composed of two sections: The Triple Vision and the Triple Tantra. There are two options for attendance:

1. The Triple Vision
June 1–6

2. Entire Lam Dre Teaching:
Triple Vision: June 1–6
Triple Tantra: June 7–30

Only these two attendance options are offered. It is not possible to attend only the Triple Tantra. For vajra samaya reasons, students wishing to attend the Triple Tantra portion of the Lam Dre must attend the entire teaching beginning from June 1 through June 30. The Lam Dre teachings will take place from approximately 9:30 am until noon and 2:00 until 5:00 pm each day.

June 1 (Wednesday) – June 6 (Monday)
Triple Vision portion of the Lam Dre Cycle:

* Unishavijaya Initiation
* Teachings on the Triple Vision
* Bodhisattva Vow

June 7 (Tuesday) – June 30 (Thursday)
Triple Tantra portion of the Lam Dre Cycle
(Pre-requisite: attendance at he Triple Vision)

* Hevajra Cause Empowerment
* Teachings on the Triple Tantra
* Hevajra Path Empowerment
